Resep Oats & Cornmeal Pancake – New Healthier choice

Mulai bosen dengan pancake yang biasa, and so try to make this new recipe dengan bahan yang kebetulan masih ada di rumah ūüôā
and masaknya juga gampang bingits kok, ga perlu mixer cukup pake kocokan balon or whisk ¬†ūüôā
maybe this can be a healthier¬†choice¬†for pancake ūüôā¬†
Bahan / Ingredients : 
1. 3/4 cup oats 
2. 3/4 cup cornmeal (tepung jagung warna kuning yah, bisa beli di supermarket) 
3. 1/2 cup tepung / flour 
4. 4 sdm gula / 4 tbs sugar 
5. 1 1/2 sdt/tsp baking powder
6. 1 sdt/tsp baking soda 
7. 1 Р1 1/2 cup fresh milk or buttermilk 
8. 1/3 cup cooking oil 
9. garam / salt
10. 1 egg

Cara Bikin / How to make : 
1. campur semua bahan kering (tepung, oats, cornmeal, gula, baking powder, baking soda, garam) aduk sampai merata 
mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) 
2. masukan telur lalu aduk merata, lalu masukan susu dan kembali aduk merata, diamkan selama 10 menit baru masak agar bahan mencampur dengan baik 
add the egg and whisk well, then add the milk whisk well until all the ingredients are mixed, and leave it for 10 minutes to allow all the ingredients to absorb the milk 
3. siapkan loyang anti lengket, lalu masak dengan ukuran sesuai selera 
prepare the pan, and go ahead cook it with whatever size you wanted… you now have your own oats & cornmeal pancake ūüôā
