SELAI NANAS HOMEMADE – HOMEMADE PINEAPPLE JAM

this definitely one of my favorite homemade jam, got the recipe from my grandmother. 
its fresh and you can keep it for 1 month ūüôā¬†
BAHAN / INGREDIENTS : 

3 buah nanas /pineapple
150-200 gram gula / sugar 
a pinch of salt 

 
CARA BIKIN / HOW TO : 
1. Blender nanas sampai halus, terus campur dengan gula 
chopped the pineapple and blend it till smooth, and mix it with sugar and put it on a sauce pan 
2. masak dengan api kecil and kasih garam, terus masak sampai air mengering dan berupa selai 
cook it with low heat, add a pinch of salt and stir it untill all the water from the pineapple are drained, and voila you got yourself pineapple jam

RESEP KUE KUKUS JAGUNG KEJU – STEAMED CHEESE & CORN CAKE RECIPE – HEALTHY CHOICE

KUE KUKUS JAGUNG KEJU РCORN CHEESE STEAM CAKE  

Resep kue satu ini are coming from all super fresh ingredients, no additives and no chemical ingredients are involve.
and best of all… no butter and no milk ūüôā¬†
so I consider this is one of healthiest cake recipe of all time hehehe

okay yang perlu diingat cuman satu hal to make a¬†successful kue kukus jagung keju ini… use only fresh sweet corn (jangan yang kalengan) and also sabar mengocok adonan sampai kaku jadi ga akan turun, ah ya satu hal lagi… sebelum mulai ngapa2in dengan preparationnya… hal pertama yang dilakuin harus panasin kukusannya duluan, biar saat adonan masuk ga mulai dari dingin ke panas, tapi langsung ketemu suhu panas jadi kemungkinan kue turun ga terjadi¬†¬†

okay here is the recipe yaaaak 

THE INGREDIENTS : 
Telur 4 buah / 4 eggs 
74 gr of sugar / Gula Pasir
120 gr jagung manis diuleg or di blend sampai halus / fresh sweet corn, blended till smooth 
60 gr tepung terigu / all purpose flour 
40 gr tepung beras / rice flour 
(tepungnya disatuin and diayak yah / mix well the 2 flours)
50 ml canola oil or simply any cooking oil will do 
50 gr or more cheddar cheese or keju cheddar 
1/2 sdt garam / 1/2 tsp of salt 


HOW TO / CARANYA YAAAK : 

1. Telur, gula & garam  and lastly masukin si jagung yang udah dihalusin 
Eggs, sugar & salt… and lastly add the blended fresh corn¬†
campur telur and gula lalu mix sampai kaku yah, 
biasanya gue itu mix gradually dari speed 1 selama 5 menitan, terus lanjut ¬†ke speed nomer 2 selama 10 menitan and speed ketiga sampai 20 menitan…¬†
emang agak lama tapi believe me its worth it 
jadi nanti akan kaya di gambar ini yah… dari speed kecil sampai adonan kaku, adonannya yang tadinya kuning jadinya akan agak keputihan yah warnanya

dan saat adonan sudah cukup kaku, pelan pelan turunin speednya ke nomer 1 dan masukin si jagung yang sudah dihaluskan tadi, cukup mix sebentar ajah sampai kecampur rata yah abis itu mixernya matiin karena abis ini akan hanya aduk pake spatula ajah 

mix the eggs and the sugar, mix it till reaches stiff peak… I usually mix gradually from mixer speed no.1 around 5 minutes, speed no. 2 for 10 minutes and speed no 3 for 20 minutes.. until it reaches its stiff peak… a bit white and looks very soft¬†
and when the dough reaches stiff peak, lower down the mixer speed and add the fresh blended sweet corn onto the dough, after mixed well.. just turn off the mixer and now you will need spatula

2. tepung terigu + tepung beras yang udah dicampur diayak
pour the mixed flour onto the dough 
ambil spatula dan sendok makan, masukan campuran tepung tadi satu sendok demi satu sendok sambi diaduk pelan pake spatula yah.. kaya di gambar ini ajah caranya deh ūüôā¬†
add the 2 flour that we had mixed earlier, and pour into the dough using table spoon and stir it well with spatula. 
please remember to pour the flour 1 spoon at the time yah

3. masukin keju parut and minyak tadi sedikit demi sedikit dan tetep diaduk pelan pake spatula ajah yah… aduk sampai rata yah¬†
3. now its time to add the grated cheese and the oil, litle by litle and stir it well with spatula yah



4. masukin adonan ke dalam loyang yang dialasin kertas roti yah, biar nanti ga lengket kalo diangkat ūüôā¬†
terus tinggal dikukus selama 30 menit, jangan lupa kukusannya dah harus dipanasin duluan yah 
4. pour the dough onto baking pan that is layered with baking papper yah, so it will be sticky when you want to serve it ūüôā¬†
steam it for around 30 minutes and then you are done ūüôā¬†
