TUMIS BROKOLI SMOKED BEEF & JAGUNG MANIS

Brokoli itu sayur paling enak kalo diapa-apain menurut gue hehehe
and iseng ajah lebih enak lagi kalo ditumis pake smoked beef and jagung manis… 

gurih crunchy and smoky gitu deh rasanya… and aselik ini gampang bingits tapi mayan anak gue mau makan sayur kalo gue bikin tumisnya ala begini hehehe

BAHAN – BAHAN : 
1. 1 brokoli dipotong per kuntum 
2. 4 lembar smoked beef potong sesuai selera
3. 1/2 jagung manis di sisir 
4. 3 siung bwg putih
5. 1 bwg bombay 
6. 2 sdt kecap asin 
7. 1 sdt saos tiram 
8. minyak wijen dikiiiit 

CARANYA : 
udahlah yah ini mah gampang… ilmu standart numis banget soalnya hehee
1. tumis bwg putih & bwg bombay sampai harum
2. masukin jagung manis yang sudah disisir, and masukin smoked beef yang udah dipotong potong tadi, tumis ampe harum 
3. kasih saos tiram and masukin brokoli, kasih air sedikit ajah and then tumis ampe mateng
4. kasih garam & merica secukupnya and also kasih minyak wijen and kecap asin at the very end

Resep Gluten free Sup Jagung – Light Corn Soup

Siapa sih yang ga suka jagung manis? 
renyah and manisnya itu bikin ketagihan, and this recipe adalah salah satu cara enjoy that sweet crunchy sweet tanpa harus banyak ngerubah rasa… 

and this recipe gives that light soup texture which you can enjoy anytime of the day… 
this is just the base recipe yah, you can actually add the things you like to enrich the flavor 🙂 

what makes this soup a bit different is the egg that was added at the very end of the cooking process, it enhance the flavor and add that light yet rich texture onto this soup 
very easy and my boys just love this meal 🙂 

BAHAN / INGREDIENTS : 
1. 1 ekor ayam rebus dengan 1 ruas jahe, lalu ambil kaldunya, lalu suwir suwir dagingnya pisahkan / 1 chicken boiled with 3 cm of ginger, boil it until the water are only around 500-700 ml, take the broth to be use later on, and separate the chicken meat from the bone with fork like on the picture 
2. 500-700 ml kaldu / 500-700 ml chicken broth 
3. 4-5 jagung manis / 4-5 fresh corn, shaved the corn with knife to separate it from the cob 
4. 3 bawang putih / 3 garlic curshed and chopped
5. 1 bawang bombay / 1 onion, finely chopped 
6. 3 batang bawang daun / 3 spring onion 
7. sosis sesuai selera / sausages
8. 1 telur dikocok seadanya / 1 egg, beaten roughly 
9. garam, merica dan bubuk biji pala / salt, pepper & nutmeg 

CARANYA / HOw TO COOK : 
1. Rebus ayam dengan air 1.5 liter sampai air menjadi setengahnya , selama merebus masukan bawang daun yang dipotong besar
boil the Chicken with 1.5 liter of water and leave it until the water are becoming half of the original volume. while boiling the chicken just throw the spring onion that are chopped into big pieces
2. Pisahkan ayam yang sudah direbus, lalu suwir suwir dan masukan kembali ke dalam kaldu 
separate the chicken from the broth, and separate the chicken meat from the bone with fork and knife, and put back the chicken meat that now become small pieces onto the broth 
3. Masukan Jagung yang sudah dipisahkan dari bonggolnya ke dalam kaldu, masak selama 10 menit 
throw the corn that allready separated from the cob, and boil for around 10 minutes
4. di tempat terpisah, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan minyak dan api kecil sampai harum, lalu masukan ke dalam kaldu yang sudah berisi suwiran ayam & jagung manis
in separate pan, saute garlic and chopped onion till golden and smells good, and after that put the garlic and onion saute onto the soup broth that already has the chicken meat & corn 
5. masukan sosis yang sudah dipotong sesuai selera
throw the sausages that you cut into pieces onto the soup
6. masukan garam, merica dan bubuk biji pala secukupnya ke dalam sup 
add the salt, pepper & nutmeg onto the soup, and taste it 
7. langkah terakhir masukan telur yang sudah dikocok dengan garpu ke dalam sup selagi panas, dan saat menuang telur ke dalam sup, sambil dikocok dengan garpu 
turn off the fire, and pour the egg that you beaten with fork onto the soup, and while you are pouring the egg, you need to stir the soup so that the eggs are scrambled onto the soup 
8. matikan api lalu sajikan dengan irisan bawang daun 
add some fresh finely chopped spring onion and serve the soup

RESEP KUE KUKUS JAGUNG KEJU – STEAMED CHEESE & CORN CAKE RECIPE – HEALTHY CHOICE

KUE KUKUS JAGUNG KEJU – CORN CHEESE STEAM CAKE  

Resep kue satu ini are coming from all super fresh ingredients, no additives and no chemical ingredients are involve.
and best of all… no butter and no milk 🙂 
so I consider this is one of healthiest cake recipe of all time hehehe

okay yang perlu diingat cuman satu hal to make a successful kue kukus jagung keju ini… use only fresh sweet corn (jangan yang kalengan) and also sabar mengocok adonan sampai kaku jadi ga akan turun, ah ya satu hal lagi… sebelum mulai ngapa2in dengan preparationnya… hal pertama yang dilakuin harus panasin kukusannya duluan, biar saat adonan masuk ga mulai dari dingin ke panas, tapi langsung ketemu suhu panas jadi kemungkinan kue turun ga terjadi  

okay here is the recipe yaaaak 

THE INGREDIENTS : 
Telur 4 buah / 4 eggs 
74 gr of sugar / Gula Pasir
120 gr jagung manis diuleg or di blend sampai halus / fresh sweet corn, blended till smooth 
60 gr tepung terigu / all purpose flour 
40 gr tepung beras / rice flour 
(tepungnya disatuin and diayak yah / mix well the 2 flours)
50 ml canola oil or simply any cooking oil will do 
50 gr or more cheddar cheese or keju cheddar 
1/2 sdt garam / 1/2 tsp of salt 


HOW TO / CARANYA YAAAK : 

1. Telur, gula & garam  and lastly masukin si jagung yang udah dihalusin 
Eggs, sugar & salt… and lastly add the blended fresh corn 
campur telur and gula lalu mix sampai kaku yah, 
biasanya gue itu mix gradually dari speed 1 selama 5 menitan, terus lanjut  ke speed nomer 2 selama 10 menitan and speed ketiga sampai 20 menitan… 
emang agak lama tapi believe me its worth it 
jadi nanti akan kaya di gambar ini yah… dari speed kecil sampai adonan kaku, adonannya yang tadinya kuning jadinya akan agak keputihan yah warnanya

dan saat adonan sudah cukup kaku, pelan pelan turunin speednya ke nomer 1 dan masukin si jagung yang sudah dihaluskan tadi, cukup mix sebentar ajah sampai kecampur rata yah abis itu mixernya matiin karena abis ini akan hanya aduk pake spatula ajah 

mix the eggs and the sugar, mix it till reaches stiff peak… I usually mix gradually from mixer speed no.1 around 5 minutes, speed no. 2 for 10 minutes and speed no 3 for 20 minutes.. until it reaches its stiff peak… a bit white and looks very soft 
and when the dough reaches stiff peak, lower down the mixer speed and add the fresh blended sweet corn onto the dough, after mixed well.. just turn off the mixer and now you will need spatula

2. tepung terigu + tepung beras yang udah dicampur diayak
pour the mixed flour onto the dough 
ambil spatula dan sendok makan, masukan campuran tepung tadi satu sendok demi satu sendok sambi diaduk pelan pake spatula yah.. kaya di gambar ini ajah caranya deh 🙂 
add the 2 flour that we had mixed earlier, and pour into the dough using table spoon and stir it well with spatula. 
please remember to pour the flour 1 spoon at the time yah

3. masukin keju parut and minyak tadi sedikit demi sedikit dan tetep diaduk pelan pake spatula ajah yah… aduk sampai rata yah 
3. now its time to add the grated cheese and the oil, litle by litle and stir it well with spatula yah



4. masukin adonan ke dalam loyang yang dialasin kertas roti yah, biar nanti ga lengket kalo diangkat 🙂 
terus tinggal dikukus selama 30 menit, jangan lupa kukusannya dah harus dipanasin duluan yah 
4. pour the dough onto baking pan that is layered with baking papper yah, so it will be sticky when you want to serve it 🙂 
steam it for around 30 minutes and then you are done 🙂
